After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Tarangire is known for giant baobab trees, open savannah, and large elephant herds. Wildlife sightings may include lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and a variety of birdlife. Later drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. The crater offers one of Africa’s best wildlife viewing experiences, with excellent chances to see lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, hippos, hyenas, and possibly black rhino.
